We usually take two days or less to complete your requests. There are some requests that can take longer due to their complexity.

After subscribing, feel free to add as many design requests as you’d like to your “Requests” list on your Trello Board. We’ll prioritize and complete them in order.

We create and grant you access to a Trello board tailored specifically for you and your team. Within this board, you’ll discover a “Requests” list where you can add an unlimited number of design requests. These requests can be prioritized from highest to lowest (top to bottom of the list), allowing you to share links, documents, wireframes, and references. As we work on your requests, you’ll be able to track their progress through the various lists: “Working On”, “Review”, and “Finished”.

No worries. We'll keep working on it until you are completely satisfied.

You can cancel your subscription any time. To do so, go to your Membership page and under the “My Subscriptions” tab you can select the option “Cancel Plan”. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds. Once you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be charged the monthly fee. If we are currently working on a design during the cancellation process, we will complete that specific design with your approval. However, no other design requests will be considered after cancellation. Additionally, please note that we will remove you and/or your team from your Trello board five days after your cancellation date.

Yes, indeed. While we handle a wide range of design projects, there are specific areas we don’t cover. These include 3D modeling, 3D animations, and video production (such as TV commercials or documentaries). We can provide a separate quote if the project aligns with our scope of work or our strategic partners’. We’ll be happy to help you!
